The mission of the Soule Homestead Education Center is to support and maintain a community-based education center for the benefit of area schools and the general public while preserving and enhancing the historic Soule Homestead. Hands on learning opportunities include environmental programs, organic farming activities, traditional crafts, cultural events, and more.

Annual Events at Soule Homestead
Annual Plant Sale: is a wonderful event and fundraiser at Soule. Longtime Volunteer Mary Ann annually gathers some of her favorite plants to sell. We always get wonderful donations from other members as well. Sponsorships for this event would be put towards supplies to help with Soule’s production of seedlings (veggies, fruits, & flowers) to sell at this event. Sheep Day is an annual event at the center which revolves around fiber arts with sheep shearing educational talks, sheep dog demonstrations, fiber art demos, music, food, children’s play and craft area, and more! More info at: https://soulehomestead.org/annual-events-at-soule/
Summer Concert Series We have two summer concerts during the months of June and July at Soule Homestead (in addition to music at other annual events.) Farm to Table Fundraiser Dinner This is our biggest fundraising event for the farm with wonderful food, an open bar, and money going to your favorite local agri-educational farm. It’s always a wonderful evening. We invite you to join us for an evening that highlights locally grown and raised produce and proteins from farms across Southeastern Massachusetts. Harvest Fair is an annual celebration of early Fall and seasonal harvest for farmers. This event has a day long music stage, hay rides, vendors, saw mill demos, sheep dog demos, a horse demonstration, childrens craft and play area, garlic planting, food, and more.
