We offer a variety of services and rental opportunities at Soule Homestead. See the links below and reach out to director@soulehomestead.org with any questions.

Pavilion Rentals

Our beautiful wood pavilion located just to the left of our big yellow barn is available for rent to the public. The space has several sturdy picnic tables for use during your event. We include one 8-foot plastic folding table in the rental. If you require more, we charge $5 per table. Rentals for small groups are $75 an hour weekend rate and give the renter access to the restroom facilities and sinks. Any decorations and garbage must be cleaned up at the end of your event and disposed of in the proper receptacles. Alcohol is prohibited at parties as it requires a serving license. Rentals are a maximum of 3 hours unless discussed with the director. If you would like to learn who we use and how to acquire one, please email  director@soulehomestead.org. The event must be paid for in full to hold the date plus a $100 security deposit to be returned within two weeks of the event.

Glass bottles or glass cups for drinks are not allowed unless they will be poured into plastic cups immediately. Glass serving dishes are okay, but to keep everyone safe we do not want people walking around with glass. We also do not allow balloons on the farm for decorations or as goodie bag prizes, etc. Thank you for understanding.

Cancelation policy: We understand that sometimes plans change. Parties canceled up to 2 weeks before your party date will receive a refund less processing the $25 fee. Parties that need to cancel within one week of your event will forfeit their payment.

Classroom rentals

Are you interested in hosting a party or event and just need a space to do it? We are happy to now offer our West Classroom (left side of barn) for rentals. This spacious classroom can hold up to 100 people for a standing-only event (or an event with chairs only) and 60 people for an event with seats and tables.

Classroom rentals are $100 an hour for weekends (2-hour minimum), and $65 for weekdays, and give the renter access to the restroom facilities and sinks. Decorations are not allowed to be hung on the walls at this time, but renters are encouraged to bring tablecloths and tabletop decor if they so choose. Tabletop candles are prohibited. The event must be paid for in full to hold the date plus a $150 security deposit to be returned within two weeks of the event. We include two 8-foot plastic folding tables in the rental. If you require more, we charge $5 per table.

Alcohol is prohibited at parties as it requires a serving license. If you would like to have alcohol at your event we require a farm-approved licensed company. We also have a farm-approved company rental company for round tables and fancier chairs. Please email director@soulehomestead.org.
