General Rentals at Soule

Soule Homestead Educational Center is a beautiful space to host many types of outdoor events. With our scenic pastures, open fields, historic barn, and rustic charm our farm is sure to delight your guests. We would love the opportunity to help host your next event at Soule. Below are some of the basic requirements that encompass our site rentals – these are not, however, for wedding rentals of the farm.

·         Rental fee is $1000 for full day rental.

·         Renter must provide a $500 security deposit.

·         Renter will have access to the field, pavilion, and bathrooms.

·         Maximum of 60 guests.

Our main objectives at Soule are to maintain that all visitors are safe while enjoying our farm. Below are some of the more general rules and guidelines for renters as well as their guests at Soule. A more comprehensive list of rules will be supplied with the formal rental agreement. 

  1. Renter is responsible for event planning and clean-up including the commercial kitchen if rented.
  2. Rental tents are not permitted at Soule.
  3. If your event has alcohol, it must be served by a licensed and insured bartender.
  4. As a renter, you may hire a licensed and insured chef to use the kitchen for an additional fee of $100.
  5. There is absolutely no smoking on the property.
  6. There are no fires or fire pits allowed on the property.
  7. No camping of any kind is allowed.
  8. We do not allow pets at the farm.
  9. No pets.
  10. Renters are not allowed to block any areas of the farm including access to agricultural fields or general public access to the property.
  11. Renters and guests must stay out of all animal enclosures.
  12. Staff members will be on site to assist with parking and provide assistance. 
  13. Soule Homestead reserves the right to events we feel they do not meet with the spirit of our mission.
