Soule Summer Camp 2026

ATTENTION MEMBERS: You must have a Family Membership in good standing through the month you would like to register for camp in order to get the 10% DISCOUNT. If the discount does not appear in your cart it’s because your membership will expire before the camp. THE GOOD NEWS IS YOU CAN UPDATE YOUR MEMBERSHIP TODAY (and it will add any “extra” months to your current membership if you enter your membership ID.)

Please renew your membership FIRST, then register for camp. If you think you’re in good standing, but don’t have your ID please email educator@soulehomestead.org BEFORE booking your camp registration. We cannot offer the discount after the fact. We are sorry for any confusion and appreciate your understanding.

  • Want to book multiple weeks for your kiddo? We LOVE that. You’ll need to book each session at a time to get this taken care of.

We are looking forward to another summer of fun on the farm! Online registration opens Feb 9th at 9am for Soule Homestead Members and Feb 23rd at 9am for non-members. (Become a member and you can register asap!) Spaces are limited and fill quickly. If you have any questions about camp programs, financial assistance options, or to be added to our camp wait list, please contact at: educator@soulehomestead.org.

Each weekly program will have all the traditional Soule activities your kiddos love with the added bonus of a unified theme added into that week’s programming this year. If a week works better for you, we suggest you pick that regardless of theme as there will be a lot of hands on activities and learning through play throughout the week.

BECOME A MEMBER TODAY! As a small non-profit organization memberships help to provide critical support of the day-to-day operations and the preservation of our historic homestead. Itty Bitty Buds Program: June 23 – 25 only

9am to 12pm, for ages 3-6 year olds

Do you have an Itty-Bitty who would like to have their very own farm adventure? Are they ready to “dig-in deeper” at the farm, but not quite ready for a five-day commitment? Itty-Bitty Buds is a play-based, drop-off program for our littlest farm friends. This is a great program that serves as introduction to our camps when they’re a little older. We will visit the animals, explore the farm, make discoveries, connect with friends, and have fun outdoors. We will sample age-appropriate, hands-on activities including planting and harvesting in the garden, learning about farm and wild animals, exploring different habitats, and creating nature-inspired art.

FEE: $ 175 – SHEC members receive a 10% discount

SOULE SPROUTS: Half Day Sessions

9am to 12pm, for ages 4-6 years

This program is the perfect introduction to summer camp and fun on the farm. Each week will lightly focus on a different theme: early mornings will feature activities, crafts and games focused on the that theme. After snack time, children will engage their creativity and imagination in many of the traditional activities and exploration at the farm, checking the garden, playing in the mud kitchen, storytelling, arts and crafts, and cooperative games. Every day on the farm is different, so each day is a new adventure, and every week unique.

We always recommend finding the time that works best for your family. The themes are fun, but we have fun every day at camp.

  • Session 1: July 13-17 – Forest Friends – we will explore the forest and learn about all the friends who live there from plants and bugs to fuzzy or feathered friends. Cooperative learning games and crafts that feature the habitats we explore will be a part of each day.
  • Session 2: July 27- July 31 – Tiny Sprouts: we will explore growing things in the gardens. We’ll learn all about growing from seeds to harvest and more. Cooperative learning games, art projects, and outdoor exploration will be a part of each day.
  • Session 3: August 10-14  Farm Friends: This farm animal focused program is always popular. Learning to care for some of the farm’s residents is the focus of this week of programming. Daily animal chores and enrichment building are big parts of every day. Cooperative learning games, crafts, and stories round out the farm day fun.

*FEE: $225 – SHEC members receive a 10% discount

* 50% deposit is due at time of registration

Extended Day Add-On: $100/week (8–9 AM)

Camp Soule 2026 – The Details!

Frequently Asked Questions

What does “Camp Certification” mean?

Camp Soule complies with the regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (105 CMR 430) and is licensed by the Town of Middleboro’s Board of Health. We work with the Middleboro Health Department to ensure that we are meeting the Massachusetts standards to run a day-camp. For example, this ensures that all staff and volunteers that work with your children have undergone a CORI (criminal background check) and a SORI (sexual crimes check). It also means that we will comply with staffing ratios and that our site has been approved. It also requires that there is a staff member present at all times that is First Aid/CPR certified.

This also means we are required by the state and our local Board of Health to have a complete set of your child’s physical records from the last 18 months that state they are approved to participate in camp, as well as their most recent vaccination. We are required to have these in order to admit children to camp and to get our camp permit from the town of Middleborough.

Can my 5 or 6-year-old attend the full day program?

At this time, we do not offer a full day program for children under the age of seven. A full day on the farm can be a long and hot one, so we are reserving this program for older children that typically have more stamina to last the full day. If you have an older sibling that would like to attend the half day program, please contact educator@soulehomestead.org for details.

Why do I have to sign up for a full week?

Camp Soule is designed to explore topics that build upon each other each day. At the end of the week your child will have created a bond with the property and the other children in camp. We understand that things come up and you might miss a day during your week at camp. Unfortunately, we will not issue refunds for days missed. If a week is too much programming, we recommend the “Itty-Bitty Buds” introduction program or please keep us in mind for our school vacation weeks which will still have daily sign up options.

When is the balance due?

Balances for all programs will be due May 15. Cancellations made before May 1 will be issued a full refund (less a $75 processing fee). Cancellations made before May 15 will be eligible for a 50% refund (less a $75 processing fee). No refunds will be issued after May 15.

What does a membership do?

Family Memberships give families discounts to almost ALL of our programming at SHEC. If you register with a Family Membership to get the discounted camp rate, you must also be a member in good standing at the start of your child’s camp week. Thank you for supporting our non-profit in this way. Your support means the world to us at Soule.

What paperwork do I fill out?

All paperwork (a 4 page SHEC Camp Form), vaccine records, AND your child’s most recent physical (in the last 18 months) are required to be submitted to SHEC before May 15. We need this information in order to acquire our camp permit with the town of Middleborough and to have enough time to go over materials with our staff. We want to keep everyone safe and healthy and having these is very important to us.

How do I get you the paperwork?

Our Google Form must be filled out for each camper. Paperwork can be uploaded when that form is filled out OR paperwork can be mailed OR scanned and emailed to forms@soulehmestead.org BEFORE May 15. We require that you scan (no .jgp, .png, .htmi photos please) all documents so that we can get the clearest copy available – this is important to us in an emergency. Files must be in .doc/.docx or .pdf ONLY. Forms emailed as photos will incur a $9 fee per page, charged with the card on file in Fareharbor.

Any files emailed to us need to be titled: YOUR CHILD’S NAME – Forms or YOUR CHILD’S NAME – Physical to help us expedite the paperwork process please.

  • If you have an iPhone here are some directions on how to scan documents with the integrated Notes App. https://support.apple.com/en-us/108963
  • We also recommend the free app Genius Scan. It’s quick and easy to use and can email documents to us directly.

What happens if I don’t get my paperwork in on time?

Paperwork not in and completed in its entirety by May 15 will result in a cancellation of your child’s camp program. We do not ever want to cancel anyone’s camp session, but we must have paperwork in for our camp to be permitted by the town and not having your paperwork in on time can jeopardize that for all campers. All paperwork must be received by May 15 in order to accomplish this.

How and when do I register?

Early-bird registration for Camp Soule and Itty-Bitty Buds opens on Feb 9th for Soule Homestead members. Non-member registration opens on Feb 23rd. Registration is completed online.
