Teen Program at Soule – 2026

Teen LIT – Leaders in Training Summer Program

Teen LIT (Leader-in-Training) Summer Program (Ages 12+) Soule Homestead’s LIT program is a free volunteer program for motivated teens over the age of 12 to help on the farm. Activities may include property up-keep, landscaping, animal care, and organic gardening. Our LIT program is a great way for teens to learn new skills and build friendships. All participants will receive an orientation at the beginning of their first shift. Again, there is no fee for teens that are volunteering and volunteering can be counted
towards high school requirement volunteer hours. If you have any questions, please contact director@soulehomestead.org.  We work hard and get dirty so please dress to do this. Close toed shoes, hats, and appropriate clothing to work outside is required. Please bring lots of water and snacks.

Make friends, get outside and off phones, learn something new!

Because of training involved, we ask that teens register for a minimum of 3 sessions.

We are a no spray farm – all teens should come with bug spray and sunscreen already applied. We believe that no question is silly and always encourage teens to ask when they’re unsure of something.
