

December Vacation: Soule Sprouts
Join us for December Vacation in our vacation programming designed for children ages 4–6! Monday the 28th of December, 9am-12pm. Soule Sprouts focuses on making connections with nature no matter the weather and enjoying time with new and old friends. The day includes a morning of exploring nature in winter conditions, learning, and getting to know more about our farm. Space is extremely limited so register asap.
Our day includes:
- Meet and interact with our farm animals
- Learning about growing food
- Discover nature through hiking and exploring our woods and wetlands in all weather
- Age-appropriate science activities
- Build confidence through hands-on play and learning
- Making new friends
- Arts and crafts
This is an outdoor-centered program, and getting outside is an important part of every session. We’ll explore the woods, wetlands, gardens, and farm fields throughout the day. We’ll also spend some time indoors for snack and crafts.
Short List: Please refer to the
- An extra change of clothes, including socks
- Rain boots or winter boots, depending on the weather
- A rain and winter jacket or other weather-appropriate outer layer (snow pants, hat, gloves, scarf)
- A water bottle
- Several snacks
All children should be potty trained and comfortable in the bathroom before starting our program.
This program requires a minimum of 5 children to run.
We can’t wait to get outside, get our hands a little cold, meet some farm friends, and have fun learning together!

Join us for December Vacation in our vacation programming designed for children ages 7-11! Tuesday the 29th of December and Wednesday the 30th of December, 9am-3pm. Budding Farmers focuses on making connections with nature no matter the weather and enjoying time with new and old friends. The day includes a exploring nature in winter conditions, learning, and getting to know more about our farm. Space is extremely limited so register asap.
