Welcome to Homeschool Farm Days!
Homeschool Farm Days is a hands-on, nature-based learning program for students 7-11 years old, meeting on the 3rd Thursday of each month from September through May, from 9am-3pm. Each session gives students the opportunity to learn, explore, create, and get their hands dirty while discovering the farm and the natural world around them.
Our days combine nature exploration, gardening, farm animals, outdoor play, and art in an engaging environment. Themes of the sessions follow seasons, allowing children to experience how the farm and nature change throughout the year.
Each month features a new theme and hands-on activities, including:
- Interaction with farm animals
- Gardening and learning about growing your own food
- Hands-on science experiments and nature investigations
- Hiking and explore our woods and wetlands
- Learn about composting, decomposers, seeds, trees, and seasonal changes
- Create nature-inspired art and crafts
- Build, weave, collect, and create with natural materials
- Opportunities for imaginative outdoor play
Our Day
Homeschool Farm Days runs from 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, with drop-off beginning at 8:45 AM. Each day includes a balance of structured learning, outdoor exploration, creative activities, games, snack, and lunch. While we have indoor spaces available, outdoor exploration is an important part of every session, so children should come prepared for the weather.

Families can sign up for a custom number of Homeschool Farm Days, making it easy to build the program into your homeschool schedule.
